These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 1eec (hereinafter "1eec", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1eec.cam, including all associated services, features, content, gaming products and functionality made available through the Platform.

By accessing the 1eec website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or free spin credits awarded to a User's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a User to the Platform for the purpose of funding the Account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification procedures required by the Platform prior to processing certain account activities.
• "Platform" means the 1eec website, mobile-optimised site and any associated services operated under the domain https://1eec.cam.

• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from the Account balance to a payment method held in the User's name.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country or territory of residence. Being 18 years of age does not imply that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking legal capacity may not register.

4. Personal Use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
5. No Prior Suspension: You must not have had a previous 1eec account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or Account use.

Each User may hold only one registered Account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing a withdrawal, and at any time the Platform deems it necessary for compliance purposes, you may be required to complete identity verification. Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani users includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid, current Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• A selfie or liveness check holding your government-issued photo ID;
• Verification of your nominated payment method where applicable.

You must submit KYC documents exclusively through the official Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Under no circumstances should you transmit sensitive personal documents via unsecured chat, email or messaging applications such as WhatsApp. Altering, obscuring or falsifying any document submitted for KYC purposes is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 1eec grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used by the Platform;
• Use any automated tool, bot, spider, scraper or similar technology to access the Platform or extract data from it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, advantage play that violates operator rules, or any other activity intended to defraud the Platform or other users;
• Use the Platform in a manner that infringes any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws related to gambling, money laundering, data protection or fraud;
• Post, transmit or distribute any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms and to investigate any suspected breach. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable law requires.

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and the return of funds to the original source.

Payment Methods: Payment method availability — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is displayed in the Platform cashier and is subject to change without prior notice. The mention of these payment brands in these Terms constitutes reference to familiar local payment infrastructure only. 1eec does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling services.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, applicable fees and processing windows are specified in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These figures are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method(s) from which deposits were originally made, or to an alternative method subject to successful KYC verification. 1eec reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request prior to release of funds.

1eec may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, referral credits and other incentive programmes (collectively "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer. Where any conflict arises between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General terms applicable to all Promotions include the following, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
• Maximum Bet: While a Promotion is active on your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or event. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the promotion's validity period will expire and be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one Promotion may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some Promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Promotions that require a qualifying deposit specify the minimum deposit threshold. Deposits below this threshold will not activate the associated Promotion.

1eec reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to existing participants not being materially disadvantaged in respect of Promotions already accepted and partially completed.

Sports betting at 1eec is subject to the following general rules, which apply to all markets including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, Pakistan international T20I and Test matches), football, tennis, basketball, UFC and esports unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.

• Odds Display: Odds are displayed in the format selected in your Account settings. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the start of the relevant event.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference. 1eec reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are placed at the risk of the User. Network delays may mean that a bet is accepted after the triggering event has occurred; in such cases, 1eec reserves the right to void the bet.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant settlement criteria are met, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless a specific outcome has already been determined per the applicable sport rules.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: 1eec reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake, even after the bet has been accepted.
• Match Fixing and Fraud: Any evidence of match-fixing, collusion, insider information or any other fraudulent betting conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

Casino games and instant games available on the Platform are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before play.

RTP Information: Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games are determined by the respective game studios and represent theoretical long-run averages over millions of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Technical Failures: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and any stake returned to the Account. Where game logs confirm the outcome of a round prior to the failure, that outcome shall stand.

Progressive Jackpots: Where progressive jackpot games are available, the jackpot amount displayed is provided by the relevant game studio and may be subject to a minimum bet requirement for jackpot eligibility. Full terms are stated within the relevant game's information panel.

1eec is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable users. The Platform provides the following tools and controls, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount deposited into their Account within the specified period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which further deposits within that period will be blocked.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set reminders that are displayed when a defined play duration has been reached within a single session.

All content on the 1eec Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, game mechanics and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of 1eec or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 1eec.

Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights and licensing agreements. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right in third-party game content to the User.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eec, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or any game;
• Errors in odds, prices or game outcomes resulting from technical faults;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

1eec reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, fraudulent wagering or any form of advantage play that violates operator rules;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions or failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe;
• Where required by a court order, regulatory authority or applicable law;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, 1eec reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any real-money balance determined to be legitimately held by the User following investigation will be returned through the appropriate channel.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1eec holds its applicable operating licence. Specific jurisdiction details are available on request from our support team and are stated in the operator's licensing documentation.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation. These Terms do not create, imply or represent any right to engage in gambling activity in contravention of applicable Pakistani law. You accept sole responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our support process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to reflect regulatory or legal developments — may be made without separate notice.
